It would be nice to put in STATE option for forums, latest listings so I see only stuff that applies to my state.

also it would be nice to have an index of markets you do have, also by state.

On the forums page, would you like to have a different thread for each state?

On the latest listings page we've thought about letting users sort by most popular (markets with the most clicks). We could also allow users to sort by state. Any other suggestions?

Please add a state category, that would be perfect!

I would think a "sort" by state would work.

I also think that would be great, but some of us are licensed in more than one state. Can we have a multi state option on the sort?

In title section we could start off with the state initials for now, until they create a state section.

Thank you for the continued feedback. We will investigate adding something to help you sort by state.

    Adam,

Just curious if anything has been put in the works that would require anyone posting to put the state they are requesting the market from? A drop down with selection of each 50 states plus one additional that says all states/multiple states would be great! :)

    Thanks,

Under each category to be a filter by state and also to be a requirement to put in a state in every forum item so filter by state would work. When an agent is looking for a market it's usually for one state.

    Michele:

We just hired a new programmer and intend to make several upgrades and improvements to the website, among them, changes to the forums page. Its still too early to tell you when to expect to see the changes, but they are coming! Thank you for using MNM and feel free to give us suggestions on what you'd like to see us do.

See I think I want to see responses for all the various states as it can give me an idea of markets and then I can go find the MGA who handles that company in hte state I am working in. We do business in several states including, Florida, NY, NJ, KY,NV,CA, MA and MO
