    Two programs existed and both were 'unwinding' earlier this year. One was based in OK and the other in NY. Look for TIP National in OK or TCSI in NY to find the people that had been utilizing that paper. They may have new paper now. Some other MGAs have used that paper too but these were the two most significant players over the last 4+ years. rb
