I have a very unique risk opportunity and it's going to be a tough one - much like Ride Sharing was tough to get going...

We know of one other company in America doing this in Alaska and they self-insure.. I know that National Indemnity will entertain 'vehicles that travel on railroads', but they have no interest in this risk since it involves "passengers", even though this is not public - this is for the moving of the company employees from point A to B.

This could be a HUGE policy/client ($1,000,000/year in premium would be entertained) - hopefully you can help/work together to make this happen..

It's for a large company and a NDA would be required to get the client's name and further information..

Below is a synopsis of this unusual and new type of risk.

"We have been engaged to provide shuttle transportation services for a project in Oregon beginning in January 2016. The project will utilize buses (similar to a commuter style or "school" style but not school buses) to transport company employees about .5 miles on highway, then will be equipped with hi-rail equipment to get on a rail line where it will drive on the rail line approximately 2 miles, then get off the rail line back onto a roadway and drop these employees about 1 mile off the line. The project will last approximately 3 ½ years and at the peak will be moving 2,000 people daily with roughly 25 buses."

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
