Sewage backup and off premises power perils

    Since Hurricane Sandy it is all of a sudden becoming impossible to obtain these two coverages even in a boiler machinery policy in the New York area.  This is especially pronounced with markets dealing with restaurants and florists which typically utilize basement space as an integral part of operations.  Anybody know of any markets that will provide this?

    thank you much, but my clients pay a total of $9,000 per year for their entire commercial package, so $25k would never work.
