Does anyone know of a market that would write commercial auto, general liability and umbrella for a company in NY that has set routes to transfer handicap people from their home to day habs and also state work?

Alltrans has a paratransit program for 10+ units. If your risk has this many units, clean losses and we have 30 days to work the account we can help as long as it is not in the boros.
