If our government-back flood folks were any smarter/quicker, they could bump the flood rates now and get it.]]></description>

Since Flood/Storm Surge aren&#039;t covered under basic Property, I&#039;m guessing the only rates increases we&#039;ll see are for Flood policies.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[According to another article posted on Insurance Journal. com Will Re is saying that the damage from wind is minimal.  That Super Storm Sandy had more damage from Flood and Storm Surge which is not a cause of loss under property.

What am I missing here?
