Static Banner Ads

  • Must be submitted as .jpg, .png, or .gif.
  • Should be encased in a one pixel dark border. (If borderless, the banner must signify that it is an advertisement and contain the advertiser's name.)

Animated Banner Ads

  • Must be submitted as .gif or .swf. (Note: iPads and iPhones will display .gif but will not display .swf files.)
  • Should be encased in a one pixel dark border. (If borderless, the banner must signify that it is an advertisement and contain the advertiser's name.)
  • Animation should not exceed 15 seconds and may not employ rapid motion or strobing effects.
  • 125x125 ads may not contain more than 3 frames and the background must stay consistent through all frames.
  • If using Flash (.swf), please include a white or colored layer for your background (not just the canvas color), ensure that the Actionscript clickTAG is properly implemented, and set the target to "Flash Player 9" in the Publish Settings. In addition to your .swf file, you must also submit a failover image (.png or .gif) that is 20kb or smaller.

Pre-Roll Video

  • 1280x720 HD video in a MOV or MP4 format.
  • Must be 10 seconds or less in length.

  • Animated .gif files will display in most email clients; however, MS Outlook 2007-2010 does not support animation (only the first frame is displayed).
  • Should be encased in a one pixel dark border. (If borderless, the banner must signify that it is an advertisement and contain the advertiser's name.)
  • Animation should not exceed 15 seconds and may not employ rapid motion or strobing effects.
  • 125x125 ads may not contain more than 3 frames and the background must stay consistent through all frames.
  • Javascript, <script> tags, <iframe> tags and .swf files are not supported.
